The Celebrity Apex was a magnificent ship. Our room steward Pasha was pleasant and very helpful. All staff at the various restaurants and lounges were top notch. The entertainment was superb. The highlight of our cruise was the Rio Secreto excursion in Playa del Carmen.
First time doing a short cruise and we gave it a try but we missed having more than one port in the schedule.

This was a great shore trip in St Thomas. It was nice because it was just my husband and my baby with a nice couple from Australia on the tour. After going on a cruise booked excursion, this was much more pleasant. With the cruise line, we spent an hour waiting in line to be ferried to our location and were left with only 2 hours to enjoy our beach day and then spent an hour trying to get back to the ship. With ShoreTrips, since there were only 4 passengers, we left early and it seemed like we were on our own private tour. The guide was pleasant and informative. The only downfall was that Magen's Bay was overcrowded. It was no fault of ShoreTrips. I think it was the only location for anyone to take a beach day, so everyone was there. The tour was no hassle and the timeline was perfect. We even made it back to the ship exactly on time as they said. No wait. We had the rest of the day to enjoy the port and ship. I would suggest it to anyone. This was a great shore trip in St Thomas. It was nice because it was just my husband and my baby with a nice couple from Australia on the tour. First of all, let me thank you for all of your help with planning our vacation. We mostly travel independently, so we have never used a travel agent before but you were extremely helpful in making our vacation seamless and worry free which was awesome. The hotel you recommended was the perfect place for us to stay in Vancouver and depart for our cruise. Centrally located to lots of places to eat and (free) shuttles that could take you to some of Vancouver's top attractions. The cruise was wonderful and I liked the seven day one way because it gave you enough time at each port to get off and do an excursion or walk around and get the feel of Alaska.

We had a great time. The wedding in Mexico was beautiful.
The resort was fabulous! it definitely exceeded our expectations. The villa we stayed in was very large. The food was excellent with a large variety of different types
of restaurants and foods to choose from. The resorts grounds were very clean, the three large pools with the swim up bars were awesome. We absolutely loved the trip to Belize. We loved that everything we did was private. We learned a lot. We loved our tour guides and our dedicated butler. Our Butler and the one tour guide we had for three different tours we got to know so well, they were showing us pictures of their family and showing us where they lived. We loved that there was physical activities but we still felt relaxed when we got home because it wasn't so busy that you never stopped. Even climbing pyramids in 108 degrees with 100% humidity was worth the trip. Ka'ana was a beautiful place to stay and they were very accommodating to someone like me who is an extremely picky eater. You did a wonderful job sending us there. We will go back someday, hopefully with the kids.

This is the first time I had a travel consultant help with my many trips and I am so glad I did. Our Alaskan cruise with 6 people went so smoothly thanks to Ariel's help with all the details.
